I started Lovely Little Om to honor my Indian heritage and in particular my parents who are the greatest influences in my life. My parents taught me everything I know about culture, spirituality and life. I learned so much about my Indian culture growing up in America, thanks to my parents. I hope to pass down the things I love about my Indian culture to my children and I hope Lovely Little Om can help you do the same. 

What does spirituality mean to me? "To be connected to my inner self, to those around me and to a higher power."
